Do I need to backup & clear data on my device before submitting for repair?

For most repairs the data doesn’t need to be deleted, you can of course still back it up just to be safe. Also, we do require access to your device for testing purposes, so you’ll need to share your passcode with us. We suggest you remove any sensitive data from your iPhone, iPad or MacBook before giving it for repair.

Does iComputers use genuine Apple parts for its repairs?

Apple doesn’t sell its parts in the market, so we can’t claim to install “Apple Original” parts officially, unless of course we install a used/refurbished part. However we only use premium quality spares, on par with the original.

Is iComputers authorized by Apple to do repair its devices?

iComputers is an independent service center dealing exclusively in Apple products. However, we are in no way associated with Apple Inc. We are not an authorized Apple service center or iPhone service center.

Do I get any warranty on the repair done?

Yes, definitely. All our repairs come with 3 months to 1 year warranty. iPhone screen replacement, MacBook display replacement come with a one year warranty. Motherboard chip-level repairs typically come with 3 months’ warranty.
